Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers who purchase a paid plan. You can end the free plan at any time at no cost — no withdrawal is needed for that.

Who your contractual partner is

Paid plans are sold by our reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as merchant of record; Creem processes the payment and refunds it in case of withdrawal. You can send your withdrawal to us — we forward it to Creem without delay — or directly to Creem using the contact details in your order confirmation. See sections 6 and 7 of our Terms of Service for details.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Seisl Benjamin, Am Grünen Prater 11, 1020 Vienna, Austria, email: contact@codequadrat.com, phone: +43 677 64400670) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we or Creem are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
