No, you do not have to register to use the App.
Which Calendars are supported?
All calendars that you can connect to your iOS Calendar are supported by the App. This includes Calendar subscriptions.
How does the App Access my connected 3rd Party Calendar
The App accesses all Calendars that are connected to your iOS Calendar; so if you have connected your Outlook, Yahoo or Google Calendar via the Accounts settings to your iOS Calendar then these Calendars will be available in the App
Why is there an in-app Purchase option to access Premium features
